Suko Daily Matcha is sourced from Japan, with the product origin specified as Shizuoka, Japan. It is made from shade-grown tencha, finely stone-milled into a vibrant green powder. The vendor specification identifies it as First Harvest / Ichibancha and Imperial Grade. The resulting matcha is characterized by its bright green colour, rich umami, smooth texture, natural sweetness and fresh vegetal character.

How to prepare
For a classic matcha: Sift 1–2g of Suko Daily Matcha into a bowl. Add 70–80ml of warm water and whisk briskly in a W or M motion until smooth and lightly frothy.
For an iced matcha latte: Sift 2g of matcha and whisk with 30–50ml of warm water until smooth. Fill a glass with ice, add 150–200ml of your preferred milk, then pour the prepared matcha over it. Sweeten if desired.
Tip: Start with 1–2g per serving and adjust to your preferred strength.
