100% Japanese Matcha Green Tea Powder (Tencha)
Traditional preparation Sift 1–2g of Suko Signature Matcha into a matcha bowl. Add approximately 70–80ml of warm water. Whisk briskly in a W or M motion until the matcha is smooth and lightly frothy. For iced matcha Whisk 1–2g of matcha with a small amount of warm water until smooth. Pour over ice and add cold water or your preferred milk. For a latte Whisk 1–2g of matcha with approximately 30–50ml of warm water, then add 150–200ml of your preferred milk. Tip: Start with 1–2g and adjust the strength to your preference.
